INTEREST LISTS / WAITING LISTS
Interest Lists/Waiting Lists are established by the need and/or program requirements of each property.  Please contact each property directly for more information.

RENTAL RATES:

Project Based Section 8:
Under the Project Based Section 8 program, the tenant’s portion of rent is based on approximately 30% of the household’s total adjusted annual income from all sources.

Low Income Housing Tax Credit:
Under the Low Income Tax Credit program, the rents are established and fixed at
a below market rate.
