Property Management, Incorporated (PMI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara (HACSC) and was established in March 1992. PMI, while affiliated with HACSC, is a separate entity whose officers and directors are appointed by the Board of Commissioners of HACSC. The present officers and directors are:

Julie Moss, Secretary/Treasurer
PMI has been professionally leasing and managing residential properties for various non-profit corporations, limited partnerships and private owners since 1992. The organization is comprised of long term members with long standing history of expertise and commitment to customer service. PMI is a full service management company specializing in the management of various types of affordable housing with multiple funding sources. Its successful operation is a collaborative effort with team members under contract with the HACSC.

PMI’s mission is to improve the lives of low-income households, persons with disabilities, and seniors in Santa Clara County, by providing affordable, high-quality housing.
